The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer during the order. By registering on the site you will be able to access the reserved section My Account and manage an address book to which you can receive your orders. The status of the order will always be available in the My Account section.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. MIA Cosmetics may vary the couriers according to the delivery areas without additional costs.
When the order is delivered to the express courier, an e-mail will be sent with directions to verify the path of the package from taking charge of the courier to actual delivery.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by MIA Cosmetics, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
1. That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
2. That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and products or the mismatch in the number of pieces / packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, who may contact MIA Cosmetics through Customer Service specifying the order for which such errors occurred.
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an e-mail notice to the Customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. The customer can indicate a date and whether the driver will have to pass in the morning or in the afternoon. In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even on the agreed day due to the absence of the recipient, the Customer Service will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that the Customer Service fails to contact the Customer for the next 9 working days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the products covered by the order will be returned to MIA Cosmetics.
After 30 days from the date on which the products covered by the order have been returned to MIA Cosmetics due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code MIA Cosmetics will reimburse the sum paid by the Customer net of the costs of returning the products and the costs of custody of the same at the branch of the courier in charge of delivery.
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited by bank transfer, therefore the customer must provide an IBAN with the holder. In the event that, before the expiration of the thirty days, the Customer requests to receive the purchased products again, MIA Cosmetics will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to the costs of the same, the costs of returning the products to MIA Cosmetics and the costs of custody.
